Yes, they are. And there is a nice dog run.
Most camping facilities allow dogs on a leash or chained at camp sites. The have a nice dog run as well. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area. The laundry mat is adjacent to the pool area, i had my dog there while i did my wash.
