When something like this happens you need to go straight to the Manager and let them know that you was over charged. Items goes on sale and the cashier does not keep up with sale items from week to week.

Always try to ask a manager and if they won't do anything about it then return it! If nobody buys then it's their loss! Keep complaining and they will change! Honestly if they did that to me I would cut from the avocado the .49 pounds and pay only 99 cents
