There are a couple table top games (I.e. Ms. Pacman) but most are the classic stand to play pinball and video games. My wife occasionally needs to use a walker and she was able to navigate through the building and play games.

It is, but there are not many machines that are accessable sitting in a wheelchair and the aisles are not overly wide.
