Colonie price chopper does NOT sell cigarettes, due to an albany law, because they have a pharmacy. It's been in effect since october of 2018.

Yes they do but you have to ask the cashier for them and tell them what kind you want, however they tend to be $1.50-$2.50 more a pack here then at a gas station.
