Yes all are great instructors
The person strapped to your back is the qualified jump instructor, so you can come alone. But moral support is nice, as is having someone on the ground to take photos of you in your parachute. On the ground as well as in free fall.
You have to skydive tandem, meaning someone is strapped to your back. Otherwise, you don't have to have anyone else with you (but the moral support is always nice)
It's about 350 with video nobody has to come with you . But it probably be nice to have some support
