I believe it used to be the restaurant "Picnik".
It was Villa Soriso a few years ago. Before that, the site was a bakery and restaurant.
It was a mediocre Italian spot called Villa Soriso, which may be down the street. Then i think it was a seafood restaurant Clearwater cafe, then was piknik and now is actually one of the better restaurants in Old Town, True Foods.
I think it used to be an Italian restaurant. You could check Google maps street view or Google Earth & in the settings choose an older image from 3 or 4 years ago.
