The problem is the cart we are using ,, the parking is full need to park on the other parking side but the cart is locked already,, can’t even cross on the parking lot ,,

Yeah... they only go a short way into the parking lot. Keeps them from disappearing, but a pain for shoppers who have to park outside their range

Carts have auto lock so they don't leave the parking lot. Store gets large fines if they do
