Hi Tracey. Thanks for considering PuzzleMazement for your friends. We changed all our rooms to private rooms based on customer requests. Now you only play with people you know instead of strangers. To make this possible we had to instate a 4 person minimum on all our rooms. While less than four are welcome to try tackling our challenges, four tickets will need to be purchased to do so. It’s the only way we could afford to stay in business while offering private rooms. We wish you all the best this holiday season.
