What is your monthly fees for full hookup for a 5th wheel trailer ? Does it change per month? Is their a lease contract ? What does the monthly fees include ?

These questions go to residents, not staff. The park has pull throughs. Level and Lotsa room. We park 3 vehicles and have patio furniture. Not sure of the rates as my husband's company pays. Excellent security. Very pet friendly. Management is the best I have encountered.

my space was $638. same each month 30 day lease +electric monthly. Deposit required too. I had a 31 ' 5th wheel there on 11/2021. Cable, trash, water, open connections all included. NICE EMINITIES.. GYM, LAUNDRY, POOL, HOT SPA, DOG YARDS, TENNIS, GAME ROOM. This was the lowest price as i did not need a pull through or corner large lot. It was a good experience..RV LIFE😊
