We worked for this company for 20 years in conakry Guinea West Africa from 1st September 1997 to September 2017. Only to be told on the 7th September 2017 by their representative that the company have be sold . Without the director been informed, personnel manager not informed, procedure of the labor law of the country not respected. According to them they sold the company both passive and active to this Guinean man. We ask this man for our passive he said he has no passive for any worker but that we should ask California.
