Yes sloped area on curb for wheel chair access and wheelchair area to sit at table.
It'll be a little tight for larger groups, but they can bring the stuff to the table that you can't carry
It's a level surface so I think a wheel chair could make it. I'm not sure about the width of the door though

Yes. The door is wide enough. Seating area is small, but a chair would fit at the ends of one of the four rectangle tables.
