Since they don't like to answer the phone. What's the policy on the fish brought two Friday and one died Saturday? Do i need the dead fish to claim my refund or to exchange it?

Sorry but I don't have an answer for you about the fish but I would assume that you would need to bring it back to the store in order to get a refund I hope this helps you
