How do I receive a refund for a movie that was evacuated during the earthquake on July 5th. I live 70 miles away and was visiting a friend, I have the ticket stub. No one answers the phone and online support can't help me?

I would go online and get the "Contact Us" info for corporate headquarters and inquire with them.
