It should not be okay for s convicted felon to own guns, but since his debt to society is pay off and depending and the terms if his release, O think is his constitutional right to own guns....
The reason I asked is because there is an ex felon living in my apartment complex and he owns guns and doing drugs or selling drugs are and whatever he has company all hours of the day and night
