Can a unknown R& B group from outta town perform there in March or April and promote their event if not where can you recommend they try to book a location

@Quan , you can rent the location for any performance, the building and set up is great for showbiz, the reason I gave them the review below normal is for the services. But it's a great location to rent for performance. The other locations that I know is not that big, and not a club setting.
