Call ahead. I'm sure there are but maybe not part of official policy. But I can almost guarantee you will like Stockton better. Tracy in general is VERY uptight and any time you're dealing with the city it is even more so. Tracy is waaay more expensive for adoptions. Manteca is about the same. I got the best dog ever at Stockton after trying all three. She came free (Pitbull mix) chipped and spayed for free. You can bet they habla as well. Without a call ahead. Better selection too
