Does burger city grill in lomita have new owners are did they get bought out by fantastic. Noticed the name changed on the outside menu seems to be the same. Now have breakfast which is new !

Yes, the owners of Fantastic Cafe purchased BCG. They have kept the staff and have changed very little so far.

I'm not sure,but I think so I went there recently after not going for a few years and yeah, it's different. The most important thing though is the food and it's good. One thing I noticed was that the any-flavor soda machine is gone. Kids used to stand around it and put like 50 different sodas into one glass lol. There are still 2 or 3 TV's to watch. TL:DR Yeah might be new owners but food is still good.

Either Fantastics bought them or there was a merge.
