Hello: My back license plates fell off and I need a replacement. Can I get a replacement at this location? Also, My stepdad is the register owner of the car, but I drive it. Does he have to be the one to replace them since he’s the registered owner?

On the replacement part, I don't think you can get there, but you should be able to report them lost/missing!

Yes you can but your stepdad will need to be there to sign for the new plates. You also, need to bring in the remaining plate to turn in.
