The whole Emeryville peninsula is closed to autos on 4th of July. Walk out into the middle of the Bay with the whole community. Great 3 way view of Frisco, Oakland and Berkeley fireworks.... family friendly event!
I think so we were there July 4 and got a good view. Very crowded so come early or ride your bike if that works. Or else you can not get a parking spot.
