I went on a weekday an hour or 2 after they opened— best decision I ever made
The kitchen staff slows down if there's not a line. They intentionally create a line if there is no line. They want to keep an image of their product always being in high demand. In business terms this is called artificial scarcity.
There's usually a line no matter what day you go. It's better to go during non-rush times like after the lunch or dinner rush
NEVER.... AND ALWAYS. the lines are the worst & best part. You wait for a hot minute ... But you meet some great people & have some great convo in the mean time.
We got lucky on a Tuesday near 630pm, parking spot, only 2 people in line and a table out back plus we chatted it up with Mr pink.
Luck. I went on a random Wednesday. Got parking. Met the owner's and sat outside. So.....Luck!
I agree, lunch and dinner is bad. Even so the line loves pretty fast as long as everyone uses the time to look at the menu and know what they want, lol.
We went at around 1pm on a Tuesday and we waited 5 minutes to be served
The time I went when the line was short as it can be was when it was night time, between 9 and 10, so that can be your window of opportunity.
There's always a line no matter when I go, but yes it's better to go during non rush times.
