I recently ordered a case of the 2014 Cabernet, and I am rather perplexed at the enormous amount of sediment in such a young wine! I fine the wine to be not drinkable....can you tell me what is going on with the 2014 Cab?

Have subscribed & bought extra cases of Cab Sauv past 5+ years. Never encountered heavy sediment. The Hafners will make things right, by personal experience.

Color and tannins do precipitate out of red wines. That can vary vintage to vintage and as you've pointed out, it always happens as wines age.
