Depends where on the lake you go. They have a few floating ports pottys you can dock at.

Julie is right. Pleasure cove has showers like KOA. Pay something like a quarter a minute. Markley Cove Have showers if you rent a cabin. All Lake Berryessa campgrounds provide fairly adequate bathrooms. You want to pack toilet paper because sometimes the porta potties run out and you can end up in a unsavory situation. If you're going there to Camp it is well worth a trip to drive out there and scope out the campsites that way you can call and ask for the specific camp ground number. You can end up in a campsite completely surrounded by other campers, literally like 5 feet away from you. Some of the campsites provide unbelievably beautiful water front views and are quite private. You will need to book these types three to six months in advance. Happy camping!

Not all of the resorts have showers

Almost all the campsites have bathrooms with showers, as well as RV hookups and the day use areas have bathrooms but I'm not positive if all the day use bathrooms have showers
