How expensive are the spaces ? And how difficult is to obtain one?

Expensive, but it's a nice park with 2 pools, 2 rentable rec centers and gym. Not sure about management anymore but I loved loving there.

It is expensive just like renting an apartment your have space here u don't hear people knocking on the walls. Plus u pay for the water. Electric n gas r included in rent space. However you have your own privacy here n u get to sit outside in your yard or driveway. I like it better then a apartments. Managemnet can take their jobs to seriously here. Hope this helps u out.
