I just received an empty mailing package from this address as well - 2720 Pellissier Place, City of Industry. The business is listed as Universal Warehosue (yes, it's mispelled on the package) The postal permit on mine is 59761.

All you had to write was "Warehosue [sic]". These packages are harmless and may be discarded.
