I purchased a rechargeable pen and oil cartridge. When I use it should i exhale vapor? I have another pen from another dispensary in Colorado and when i puff on it I exhale vapor. But not with yours. Is that normal? Jimmy

Sounds like you have a defective cartridge it happens I've gotten a couple like that and yes you should have an exhale vapor cloud

On the bottom of the cart wiggle the middle connection down a bit to make contact make it almost to to the threading I have had these issues a few times

You should be blowing vapor. Your cartridge is broken.
