OMG they charge me like $950 after living here forever proves their bias against the minority buy your own land for a mobile home, parks want to trap you and then basically steal your home with all their rules when you eventually want to leave the manager pretty much confirmed it, which must be why there are only like 2 homes for sale in this whole place, by a realtor I never heard of
I pay almost 800 and i have lived here for 14 years
We pay about $950. However, you do not want to live here. Most people who live here do so because rent is less than an actual house. It’s not worth the headaches with management though or the rules & regulations that are selectively enforced.
