Went there got a cartridge it didnt work. Called to see if they would make it right they gave me the number to the main company for the cartridge. Called YW back, rude workers who dont do there job..wont be returning.

We let every customer know we dont return these cartridges prior to purchase. We offer the manufacturers number in hopes they will honor some sort of refund as they originally told us but they are now not honoring. We do not any longer have a contract with them just selling the rest because they will not refund us either.

If you bring it in in person, they should make it right

Ya u should just go M store they well tell u if dont work tjey take it back and give u new one but u just need prove to them its don't work n person it works everytime it happens to me as well

So you sell broken carts cause you can’t get returns
