If you ask for a chair due to a handicap, I don't think they would have a problem giving you a chair. Half the venue is a bar with stools anyway.
You might be able to arrange for them to let you sit in a chair in the back of the room.
The lounge area has booth seating where the music sounds great but the stage is not visible. If you explain your situation to the box office guy or other staff they may let you sit in a chair against the back wall of main stage room. The people that work there are super nice.
