Rent is highest in the area, which would be ok if they offered any amenities, I been here for two years and the jacuzzi has only worked twice, it broke as we speak. They have a pool table but no que ball or sticks, the pool is small for the size of the park.
Ballpark 1400, i recommend doing background research on the place though. The place has alot of issues aside from rent.
I would think it's best to contact office they have many specials for new owners u can get a long lease which is great I love it here and it's a beautiful park talk to Jenny in office she's a sweetie I've recommended this park to people and they have bought here u can always call me if ur really interested we are getting younger people here and it's very nice let me know what happens I'm in 184 if u are me say hello Lorrieanne Morris luck j
