Helen's technicians do a great job but they are super slow. If you are the only one waiting, you will still have spent an hour or so there. They are sooooo slow!

I've made appointments before and still had to wait 45 minutes. I told one of my technicians that my wait was super long and I needed to leave soon and she got it done in 30 minutes but still did a great job. You might have just had a slow technician?
