You need a liquor license to sell alcohol. No liquor license, no Sky Bar. No Sky Bar because it is too expensive to install both. Why the sign is still there? A greater mystery than this.

Well originally it was supposed to be a sky bar, but then BWW came in and signed a contract to be the “only bar” at the mall so that screwed up everything

Well a year later, still no sky bar and the sign is still up! Quite unprofessional!
