You can exchange EBT credit for EBT tokens to spend with food vendors (veggies, fruits, and cooked foods). The woman who sells honey can swipe your EBT card and provide tokens to spend at this Farmers Market.
I haven't seen anyone accept it. Most food places are like street food not fresh vegetables and stuff like that.
