a filet mignon is around 8 oz and they do have them already wrapped with bacon in a Bordelaise sauce which is like a steak sauce marinadeb or they can make them by order

We do have filet mignon Prime, Choice and Certified Black Angus, the average weight is 8 oz each (half pound) and yes we can wrap in bacon no problem. If you need bigger weight we can cut it for you either bigger or smaller, thanks!!!
