Hi how can I contact the owner of the property? I come to this Kohl's alot. And park on the side. But there are always like 10 kids skating all around the parking lot. They literally take over the parking spaces. And they scratched my car.

For something like that you would contact your insurance company. The store cant fix your car. And kids playing in the parking lot is a lost cause to pin point what kid did it. Its an insurance thing.
