I usually park in the public parking garage to the east of the restaurant next to the city hall building and walk down.

As others mentioned, there is a free parking structure about a block or so away, free street parking and now a small paid parking lot across the street from 1909.
It isnt far from the parking garage to the restaurant! Street parking hard unless you drive around and luck out if someone leaves!
I usually park in the parking lot across from Starbucks on Front street.
