South Oceanside 1700 block: signs are gone. Is Anita's still in the works, or a "dead project"?

Anita's last day at the current location is this coming Sunday 12/24/17. They will then be moving to the new location and open towards the end of January 2018. The new location is 1714 South Coast Highway.

I was also told they are closing the 24th of December, just last week.
