Still works for me. Sit at the end of the bar and watch the rain.

I wouldn't go if you can't sit outside. It's a very outdoor scenic view spot.

I wouldn't recommend it being that the true beauty of the restaurant is the outside seating.

Depends on how bad the rain is. Might be too wet.
