It is $1.50 per individual 5 years old and older in your vehicle. If it is part of a group event, there is special pricing per vehicle regardless of the number of people in the vehicle. This is usually arranged in advance. You pay at the gate when you enter and you get a receipt. Save your receipt for re-entry on the same day if you need to leave the park and return in a reasonable amount of time. I just visited the park this past Sat, 02 Jun, from 10am - 1pm.
