Yes, we can accept pine needles in our yard debris program at the transfer station. We charge $7.60 per cubic yard, with a minimum charge of $7.60. A short-bed pick-up can hold roughly 1.5 cubic yards, if it is level full.

I've been told "if it grows it goes." I think the fee is $7.60 for a pickup load of green waste.
