How far is it from the beach and do the rooms have a tv?

Rooms do have a tv. They are doing construction so fair warning. Mill beach is not far at all and it's a beautiful beach. Its 0.5 miles driving or you can walk it in 8 minutes. Not a lot of parking but it's worth it

Rooms do have TV and it depends which beach you want to go to. Harris beach is about a 5 minute drive. The Harbor is about a 10 minute drive (depending on traffic). Hope this helps.
