Try Clement and 6th or thereof if yiu need fidget toys, lots of Chinese variety stores in that area. OfficeMax is for serious stuff.
Fidget? You mean pick up and handle? I'm sure you can pick up merchandise to examine it, but I don't think they have toys or little stuffed animals intended for customers to play with while shopping.
