I called one of you guys store on Mission and the lady she answered and I asked her about some products and she said she couldn't discuss the products on the phone and she seems like she was a really Rush I was really shocked of the customer service

Well she is correct, products cant be discussed over the phone (city law). The check in person is also the phone person. It can get pretty busy in-store, and priority goes to customers in-store. I'd suggest using their website for product availability as well as pricing. The website stays very accurate and is updated in real-time.
