Thank you for requesting my answer but I don't remember. We took my father to see the military ships for fleet week. Park]ng downtown is usually over priced so whenever I know I'm going to need a place to park I go onto the Panda Parking ( or its parking panda, i always forget which). You put in where you're going & it shows you all of the places associated with the site. You pick your day & times & even if y9u get thete after your time starts you will have a spot waiting for you. There might only be one spot left but the place will show full because its your spot. The earlier you book your spot... days, weeks, months, the cheaper rayes you'll see. Once you put it your destination spot it shows you everything available there & the price for each one so you don't have click a million times to go into each one & back out again. I don't know when the site started but we've been using it for about eight years. If you use it a lot, their rewards give you a little off your next booking.
Some places charges 10$ and other 20$ There are also metered parking by hour.
I think it's metered parking. Use Uber to take you. No need for a car.
