Hi R/C, We do not currently give tours. We do our pilot brewing in Walnut Creek (its a tiny R&D system). We partner brew/contract brew out of a few different breweries in San Jose. We have been working with these facilities since the beginning and have a great relationship. We strongly believe that you can create great beverages on any system, regardless of it you own the system or not. Thanks for your question!
You'd most likely find yourself at one of the Gordon Biersch breweries. Calicraft started as a contract brewery. Though I'd be glad to be wrong.
The brewery is offsite, it's not at the Tap Room in Walnut Creek so no they do not.
I don't think so, they are usually very busy.
