Do you need reservations for large parties, and if so how do I go about making reservations since no one answers the phone?

You just walk in, order and sit down. There are no reservation

I don't think you need reservations for big parties. It's not a table service type of place. You walk up to the counter to order then pick your seats. When your food is ready you go up and get it. If it's slow they may bring the food to your table.
