Bart does not come out to the sunset. If you're using PT, hop on either the 7 or the N outbound and get off near 43rd. Then walk to Lawton.
The N Judah Muni (get off at 43rd) is the closest train, so any Bart stop that can transfer to the N line on Muni will work. Any of the Bart stations from Embarcadero to Civic Center connect with Muni.
