Reservation makes sense when business is busy but requiring customers to make reservations at the restaurant and have them wait for a lengthy time is very inconvenient. Surely, online reservations are much practical if they don't like to accept phone reservations. I guess restaurant owners can abuse customers if customers allow them. Just saying!
