What should I do when my neighbor is smoking cannabis or something, and the stench of it is creeping into my backyard? I have a 4 years old grand daughter, and we can’t sit and enjoy our evening in our backyard because of it.

This od funny...well i velike that you have something personal against your neighbor...if they are smoking in their backyard, the smoke goes up not to the side (logic)...it's the same thing when my neighbor called police on me for bbq-ing the smoke bothered them and the smell of burning meat...turned out they are vegetarian and took it personal.. TRY COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS...that usually fixes 75% of issues with neighbors!! Give it a try, you'll be surprised!!! Cheers!!

Have you tried talking to them? They are trying to enjoy their evening too, just like you.

Cannabis users must have a medical license. Ask your neighbor to stop or do it some where else and if they refuse ask for the license. If that doesn't work, tell the landlord or call your cities police department. (Not 911)
