Gluten free at any chinese restaurants is tricky. All brown sauces are basically out. Chow Fun should be okay if the noodles are 100% rice. At worst they should be able to steam veggies and shrimp or chicken. Curried dishes might be okay. Some of their lo mein dishes uses rice noodles, and the polynesian dishes might use white sauces.
Based on their online menu it does not appear that they do
