The Buy One Take One special is eating one entree there and taking another home. It starts at $12.99, if you want a premium entree to eat there it costs an additional $4 or $5 depending on the entree. Still getting two complete meals for a max of $17.99 (if you go premium). Never ending pasta bowl will be back in the middle of September I believe.
